By attending KIND Gardens, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating in the Event.
• You are responsible for your own conduct and personal belongings during the Event.
• You agree to comply with all venue rules, local laws, and instructions provided by Event staff.

KIND Gardens reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.

By submitting a registration form, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You have the authority to provide the submitted contact information.
• You consent to being contacted regarding your registration, attendance, and Event-related updates.

If you opt in, you may receive promotional emails and text messages from KIND Gardens and/or Sticky Cards related to:

• Event updates
• Promotions
• Vendor announcements
• Future experiences and offers

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the communication or replying STOP to SMS messages.

Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of attendance or purchase.

By attending KIND Gardens, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Photos, videos, and recordings may be captured during the Event.
• Your image, likeness, voice, or participation may appear in promotional, marketing, social media, or recap materials related to KIND Gardens or Sticky Cards.
• You grant KIND Gardens and Sticky Cards the right to use such content without compensation or additional approval.

If you do not wish to appear in media content, please notify Event staff upon arrival.

KIND Gardens may include vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, or third-party experiences. We are not responsible for:

• Products or services provided by third parties
• Claims made by exhibitors or sponsors
• Transactions conducted between attendees and vendors

Attendees engage with vendors and sponsors at their own discretion.

Attendance at public events may involve certain inherent risks. By attending KIND Gardens, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury
• Illness
• Property loss or damage
• Interactions with other attendees or vendors

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KIND Gardens, Sticky Cards, organizers, partners, staff, and venue operators are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Event.

KIND Gardens reserves the right to:

• Modify schedules, programming, vendors, speakers, or experiences
• Change venue details if necessary
• Postpone or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances

In the event of cancellation, any refund policies communicated at the time of registration will apply.

The following behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund:

• Harassment or discrimination
• Violence or threatening behavior
• Illegal activity
• Unauthorized sales or solicitation
• Damage to venue property
• Recording or broadcasting restricted content without permission

Information collected during registration or participation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Engagement and attendance data

This information may be used to operate the Event, improve attendee experiences, and communicate relevant updates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIND Gardens and Sticky Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Event participation
• Event cancellation
• Vendor interactions
• Communications or promotions
